Gruess Gott to you all,
I hope you all experienced your summer in a conscious way, noticing what was happening, the choices you made and how it made you feel. Yes, summer is over and you haven’t heard from me. I apologize! Please, always know, my door is always open for stopping by.
Robb and I dropped Martin off at Quest University. My gut feeling tells me it is the perfect place for him. Excellent, challenging academics surrounded by incredible nature. The Indian Chief of the Squamish Nation was invited to give a speech at the Convocation and welcomed all the students to the mountains where his tribe used to send their youngsters to become adults, basically a vision quest.
Needless to say, I feel blessed leaving my youngest son there to grow and learn.
In regards to my journey, I took a couple of workshops, which were very enriching and confirming in regards to my path. Although I am anxious to share all this with you. I have decided to put teaching off till November, since I am leaving again to go to Germany for the month of October. (I am checking out a pilgrimage very close to my hometown. Hopefully we can all go together next year.) I am still meeting for private sessions though by appointments, since I am in Park City all of September.
Starting November:
I will have regular mindful movement classes. Dates and times to be announced. INPUT welcome.
I will be still teaching the 7 day private course in Energy movement/Chakra development.
I have a workshop planned for Sept.6-9, a combination of mindful movement, breath work and meditation-workshop, with meals and overnight stays. Details to be announced.
I have a silent retreat planned Dec.5-7, with meals and overnight stays. Details will be announced.
I am in the process to get a simple website going, so it will be easier to schedule and pay. As always I am open to suggestions and please, let me know if you want me to take you off the e-mail list, or if you get multiple e-mails. I only want you to receive this because you are interested.
Sending you love and light, breathe easy,
Elisabeth
